I need to get a EVERCOOL AL7015 70mm Case Fan. I tried to order one on newegg.com but they sold out. Where can I find one to order.

Why do you need that exact type?
For in a spudgun any fan will do.
If 80mm fits, just use that. They are alot more common and thus also cheaper.
You could also go with smaller fans. A small fan is believed to mix even better.
