that's what 3 layers of duct tape r for and im using a hand pump which would be shrapnel way before the cannon and 1 more safety measure the end which would blow of before explosion.

Duct tape will not contain an explosion, not by a long shot, thats like wraping duct tape around a pipe bomb, it will do nothing.

The pump, unless it is plastic, which I doubt because I have never seen a plastic stirrup pump, will not turn to shrapnel.

And the end cap, how do you plan for that to pop off? that does not sound like a safety measure to me... sounds like something that unless you have tested, in which case I would tell you to throw that gun away because it is throwing unpredictable pieces everywhere, then it cannot be counted on as a safety measure.

EDIT also, shooting at people, major nono here, I would read the rules before posting here, and remove that video unless you want problems with the mods...

it was loose snow and if thissafety measure is a problem im sorry but its had a 100 or more shots through and no problem the pressusre rating is 150 i only use 45 psi the valve has a 150 rating butthe actual chamber has a rating of 275 so in my own rights id say im completely safe

I would definitely stick a modded sprinkler valve on there instead of a ball valve, its way faster and easier to pull. Seems a waste to have your "tri-rail" thing then only use a ball valve.

rating is 150 i only use 45 psi

it wont explode because the rating is lower that the pressure you are using it will explode because pvc gets really brittle in the cold wich causes explosions.
