paintball barrel size
I made my cannon with a removable barrel for just this situation. I want to start shooting paintballs, but I have no idea how big they are and what size piping I should use. I'm cheap as hell so before I hit the stores I want to work a budget out...help please?
quick questions, how well will a 1/2 copper barrel work? I'll use PVC if I have to, but my cannon is all copper right now and I'd like to keep it that way. And if 1/2 copper works, how can I fashion a breech loader for it? I don't have fancy tools and machines, so the simpler the better.
I can't find the exact diameter now, but I would guess they aren;t going to be such a good fit.
For the breech, you can cut a hole in the pipe and slide a slip coupling over it for the most basic way. Search the displays for ideas.

Good idea doing the fit. That always works well for me
O-rings would help, but aren't necessary, depends how advanced you want it. Type breech in the search and have a look at ideas!!
