800 psi cannon help

i've been posting about my 800psi repeater for a couple weeks now, I have the hpa tank and regulator I am having serious problems finding fittings that can take the pressure to construct the gun out of. all I can find is black iron, galvanized, and brass, all rated to 150. anyone that knows wjere to get sufficient fittings in the northern california/redding ca area please throw me a bone. i'm lost on finishing a truely decent cannon...

Despite the 150psi rating, they can take a hell of a lot more pressure then that. All it is is a safety precaution so the manufacturers of the fittings don't get sued. With what you mentioned, it should be safe at 400-500psi. Anymore then that and your playing with fire, now matter how good your fittings are.

To get stuff actually rated to the higher pressure, visit a hydraulics supplier.

Hydraulic pumps supply fluid to the components in the system. Pressure in the system develops in reaction to the load. Hence, a pump rated for 5,000 psi is capable of maintaining flow against a load of 5,000 psi.

thank you for the help, i'll pick up a few of the afore mentioned fittings and make a coaxial out of them, should be decent. i'll search around for a supplier of higher rated fittings and post my sniper as soon as possible. the coaxial i'm going to build until then should be up in a day or two. thanks for all the help as always, any further input is always welcome.
