Yup. I don't see where all this confusion is stemming from. :D

Here is the fitting on a 2.5" tennis ball barrel.

Here is a similar barrel and fitting on a Mauler valve cannon.

Buy your parts already. :wink:

If you want to position a valve the way you posted, you would need to build a chamber-sealing piston valve.
As the mauler is a barrelsealer, it will have to be put on the other way.

You said turn the lever, combined with the chamber sealing, are you sure you are not looking at a Supah Valve?

Nope, the Supah Valve doesn't port 2".
But Maulers do!

yea i just didn't look
i'm making a tennisball gun and im going to attach a push button vale from spudtech to the mauler( it dosn't matter if it is barrel sealing)

it has a brass tee the hose connected filling up the tank constantly and the button releases valve hose to tee pushes piston back. other end of hose directly fills up tank. clear pipe holds tennisballs.

Nice. What prevents launching balls out the feed hopper? On another thread I toyed with an anti-blowback device for gravity feed.

I'll try to find it and link to it later. It should work with tennis balls.

Edit; The gravity feed to prevent balls from blowing back out the feed hopper is on this page;

The cannon in the picture does not appear to be using a piston. It is the wrong shape to contain one. It is most likely a butterfly valve at the breech of the barrel.

yea that gun does not contain a piston but the one i am building does. Does my diagram add up to make a semi-auto tennisball gun? (the diagram not the actual)

The fitting you seem to be looking for does exist.

The very one I used can be purchased here.

2.5" barrel connected to a 2" threaded female socket.
