Dart ammo for HIGH powered gun

That's awesome to hear they are reasonably accurate. The fins never looked very consistently made to me, combined with not being mass forward, I assumed they wouldn't be too accurate. These are definitely now on the list to try. And I can probably get them for free from a buddy, even better.

Double post to add pics.... These were shot from forty paces(approx 120ft)with 500psi hpa...... the chamber on the modgun is from spare parts.. the camlock doesn't leak on firing either... this is 3/16" steel... what more could you ask for in a procectile??? :twisted:

How much penetration are you getting from the darts?
And have you tried shooting at plywood yet?

pics 1 &2 show the length of the nail(the point is up against the metal... in plywood and 1/8" steel they penetrate to the head...

they do seem to be quite good as ammo...

for me the only problem is that they are not available in poland.. so I'll have to find something similar

ohh one more thing guys - forget about homemade darts... if you want to use something as ammo it better be cheap, consistent and obtainable in large numbers

iT HAPPENS LIKE THAT AT WORK...Because when I'm keying in work orders everything is done in caps, and sometimes I'm switching from work screen to SF screen in between customers and forget CapsLock...
