for a much better barrel sleeve some 1/2inch sdr 13.5 inside of that barrel and it will be a perfect fit!

uuuuuum the whole idea was to not have a perfect fit to offer a smooth transition from ball valve to barrel and to lower the fps to keep the paint balls from deforming and curving. i know about sch80 3/4" and about the sleaving of 1/2" sdr but that is not optimal for my goals for this cannon although it would increase fps.

well i hit a 2 foot target at about 150 feet about 80% of the time so accuracy is not an issue

the 20% is when i use some of the paint balls that are kinda soft and they curve bad. i am getting more tomorrow. i either hit the target or miss by like ten feet.

remember while it may be a little loose i have 43" of it so that's quite a while to straighten out the pb
