Just saying modern military spends to much on complicated solutions to problems that have much more simple answers.

In the example you gave, consider that the technology required to provide the level of accuracy that will allow you to strike the air intake directly from a safe distance is certainly not simple.

I know that, but I guess that the way I worded it sounds like that was what I meant, I was just giving an example. But with $500 and a some paperwork I can make something like that.
