the piston that you see out side of the tee is longer i been sanding all morning making it shorter it only about half of wat is in the video

show wat you think ideas comments tips to improve it
this is my very first pvc piston valve


ps i need somthing to use as a bumper....any ideas?

Well, as I said in the chat, your piston needs more travel, it will work, but it hurts performance.
Its serviceable so you will need to figure out a way to give the piston more room in the back by changing something there.

import those videos into windows movie maker, trim them to be just the interesting bits, then merge them into one.It takes no more than 10 minutes.
When you upload to youtube, give it a slightly more descriptive video name and you'll get a bit more exposure.
Finally, if you must put them separately, give us a quick description of what each video is. Those who have bandwidth limits may only have enough to view the parts plan or the assembled cannon, not both.

Btw the reducer on your chamber is DWV, you should sort that out before you assemble it
