Today i was shooting small nail darts with a 1/4 inch diameter off my 4 foot long combustion. And all of a sudden i get the cops. Well the retarded son of a b.... didnt believe my atf letter that said they werent illegal so he "confiscated it" i told him he couldent do that and he told me if i wanted to go to jail for possesing a deadly weapon.... i dont know how stupid cops can be but i dont want to know so i kept my mouth shut HOW DO I GO ABOUT THIS that gun was expencive to build and i want it back.

Go legal fi you want,but be careful for fall out and the legal costs and if you screw it up well then it might affect everyone so jus look in there dumpsters etc you might be lucky to find it but dont get cought.

It's simple, it's just like shooting a pellet gun in the city if there are laws against it for the city, they can come and do whatever.

You can't really do anything, if they decide it's dangerous they can take it/not let you use it in their city limits. Find a new place to shoot or be much sneakier. The ATF paper is great, but the govt also says we can bear arms, however in most places if you try to walk around with a gun even with a permit for it, your goin to run into a lot of shit.

Spud Guns are only legal if your shooting potatos... So if the cop see's you shooting nails or anything else, your doing something illegal...

Consider yourself lucky for not going to jail for illegal possession and use...

According to the atf paper unles you are shooting explosives or projectiles that can cause destruction...The nails i was shooting are kinda like demons penetration rounds and only make holes the size of a pen in plywood. and it was target shooting.

Well I know someone whos gun was taken away so he just called the cop station all of the time and eventually they had to give it basck since they couldn't charge him. I don't know much about the law but mabey just call them and see were you get, or look up the laws in your area and then call them, but remember be very polite or you won't get anywere.
