Were can i find a good/cheapish 3 way valve to pilot my QEV?

Today, i realized that there was a pneumatic supply store right in town.
So, needless to say, i asked them if they stock QEVs.

The man on the phone tells me that they have 1/4'' and 1/2'' QEVs in stock for $13 and $18 respectively. 8)

I bought one of the 1/4'' ones today, and was thinking that i want a 3 way valve to pilot it.... the same store only sells EXPENSIVE ($67) 1/4'' mechanically actuated 3/2 valves.

So, where, online, can i purchase a good, but still kinda cheap-ish 3/2 (3 way) push button valve???


Any ideas?

What exactly is a 3 way valve for? in one position it fills then when you move the lever it exhausts?

Clippard also makes and sells a number of pneumatic valves, particularly small ones it looked like to me.

I almost bought that one. Mcmaster also sells some reasonably; I got a very similar valve for $11, and they also sell spring return toggles the same size. so basically a fully pre-made trigger.

if you can't find them on ebay I suggest to try clippard...

clippard's MJVO-3 valves seem to be pretty good... I've never had one (I can't get them here... which is a pity as they are really cheap) but they seem to have better specs than most comparable valves

I second the hell out of that. And if you can't get one of those, a sleeve valve is always good.
