Joking aside, I have taken apart some camping propane bottles for modification. Under the valve in the tank is a restriction that is a hole only about 1/16th of an inch in diameter. It won't flow nearly as well as a tire valve without this restriction under it. Sorry I don't have photos of it at this time. If you ever unscrew and remove the valve from the tank and look down the hole where the valve was, you can see this restriction. If you don't mess up the area where the valve screws in, you could enlarge the hole with a drill bit about 1/8th inch in diameter to increase the flow about 4X.
