Does the "push valve" release the air from the sprinkler valve just as fast as the air tool type?

Do you mean a blow gun? Well, the size of a blowgun threads is 1/4 NPT and the push valves are............I will let you figure it out.

When you mod a sprinkler, all that is doing is releasing the air in one of the equallization chamber, Is this correct.

Thanks for the help
