Ready is a relative term isn't it. :)

After test firing at 1500psi, another design flaw reared it's head. The flow through the hammer valve was going through the spring. @ 1500psi, the flow pushed the spring over the head of the valve stem, jamming it open. Correction was simple, and flow now moves around the spring.

Since that time, I've not had an opportunity to do any more test firing. I believe testing should go well when it resumes. It's been over a year since it last went "boom". :(

I'll keep at it as time provides. I'm hoping to get back to this after the house is finished, sometime this summer.

:)
