hey this is a floating O-ring piston i made for an 8mm coaxial pneumatic
the piston is made of a section of 8mm ID aluminium tube with epoxy coating and end plugs (in the photo it is just aluminium foil, but is going to be the filler) sealing face is attached with a screw and an O-ring for the check valve, fits 13mm ID chamber, tell me what you think, questions are welcome

yea, the epoxy part was easy and i only hat to take like 1/2mm of the aluminum tube so it wasnt that hard, just a little awkward

I think some body's been paying attention. A simple yet surprisingly effective way to control internal flow of the valve. :)

Should work very well, but the porting in the groove is larger than it needs to be.

Yer gonna like the way it works.
