The SOLUTION is to simply build the system correctly from the start.

Now that right there...is advice I can whole heartedly agree with.

Epoxy putty covers the leak rather than actually filling the airway that's making the leak.

Coat the leaking area with whatever liquid or gel-like high strength glue you have and create a vacuum inside the cannon. It gets drawn inside the path of the leak and will harden inside.

No, the putty is actually quite effective and covering leaks, I couldn't even twist out my old air tank ( epoxied it to the handle of my gun) I had to literally saw/drill/grind it out with a Dremel
