So, bit of an update.
Added a basic muzzle brake (mostly for looks) and sights to the cannon.
And I whipped up about 80 of these little buggers
The ones with the screw tip weigh in at about 9 g, the plain ones about 4.5 g.
Took about an hour to make them excluding time for the paint to dry (just used whatever paint I had laying around). Might put a coat of hot pink or something on top so they're easier to retrieve.

Co2 in a Sch40, pressurized PVC device??? Seems substantially less than safe IMO.warhead052 wrote:...... But if you can, try upgrading it to c02 or something for more power.
Yeah, kind of my thinking there. The sprinkler valve is really only rated to 125 psi anyway. I know people have taken them up to 200 or so, but, I'd rather not push it, especially with SCH40 PVC. Maybe if it was copper.
GGDT has me putting up 500-700 FPS at 110 PSI with these projectiles, haven't chrono'd that, but, that's plenty for me. 8)
