I'll strip mine down so you don't have to and we'll see if there's any part you might need for replacement, or if we can design improved parts a kind soul can machine for you.
Damn, so even when/if I get it working its not even accurate! man this guy really ripped me off hardcore, ive played with thing for hours tonight but fail to see why it wont feed bbs!!?.

Theres two seals inside that rear cylinder( where the Blowback Tube fires out rearwatrds) pretty sure mine are not sealing right,I think gas is escaping out there.

I filled the mag and immersed in water and could see not one single bubble to indicate a leak!??.

You posted pics? Haha, sorry, I missed those. I will check them out.

Edit, heres my reaction... WTF! Get rid of that gun, is all I can say. Pipe cleaner bushings? You got scammed my friend. If you want an airsoft pistol, let me know, I have one that goes close to 250 fps. I can sell it cheap, I don't like it, and its worthless to me. I would have to check with my parents first but yeah.

Ive just forked out $600.00 for this one,so money is tight and I trust no one after this situation=Im in Australia and suspect you are in the U.S? so your gun would never get past Aussie customs.

and yeh I got scammed....if I meet the guy I bought it off i'll end up in Jail,I had to borrow money for this and told the guy I looked for over 10 years to get one into Australia but he still took my money= what an asshole!.

Get rid of the gun,I'll get hardly any money back if I sell it :x

While I can understand your enthusiasm - believe me, until I was old enough to get my arms license I felt exactly the same way - if you set yourself up as being desperate it's easy for those without scruples to take advantage of you.

...but we're going to make it work and you won't want to sell it anyway :)

.....with some nice custom machined parts. I am willing to help, but don't have very much time.

Can you make autocad-drawings? would make it a lot easier for me.

Look, perhaps you just haven't been exposed to scams before, the majority of people only want money and they'll dispose of morals as they need.

To the best of my knowledge warhead is in Aus as well, I'd be more inclined to trust an SF member than the general populace.

That pistol should be repairable, don't lose patience with it, if you've invested $600 in it, at least get something from it.

I've been ripped off too, you'll get past it. If you get it working, you've stuck it up the bloke who sold it to you.

Doesn't look like the parts should be hard to make. Send me some drawings and I'll see what I can do.

Labtec, are you in Aus? If not then there's customs issues with sending him parts, and excessive postage times and fees as it is.

I shot the gun with the slide off and seems gas it going everywhere!.

1)I take that the rubber seal at the chamber, where the Nozzle pops into in supose to be airtight?,if I blow through the end of the barrel with the brass air nozzle into that rubber seal then you can hear air hiss around it( where the bb gets held inplace I mean, its not a hop up though.

2)right at the rear of the gun theres a small hole( where the brass blowback rod resides in,equalization hole??) and gas comes out here with great force!,is this normal?. Im pretty sure the seals in there are buggered?

3)I dont know what purpose that spring does( behind the pipe cleaner) it doesn nothing at all!!??,doesnt compress or engage on anything. That Pipe cleaner looks to have been put there to engage with a nub inside the slide,so the original part must be broken or lost by some previous idiot owner. I really need to know what the original parts were and how they were orientated onto the gun,but no diagrams can be found

I can find no contact info for Haw San Toys, google results show only a" Haw San airsoft Shotgun "and a "Glock Co2 Magazine" I wonder if any Airsoft retailers could supply a contact address??.

Hopefully Jack's gun is the same? and the seals are in good order cause it looks like sourcing these seals will be impossible

I can confirm mine is also a Han San. Here's a celllphone photo (proper camera charging...) of the state it's in, any part that can be smuggled into Aus without issue you are welcome to have at no expense :)

Wow you sure did a number on that Pistol!!,probably the best thing for it! LOL :D

1)I Really need that thing infront of that light spring,is it a seperate peice from the metal part the spring lives on?or is it all one peice?( the bit thats a pipe cleaner on mine).

2) Need the light Spring itself.

3) the seal in the barrel that the bb sits in.

4)The two seals in the chamber at the back, where the Blowback Rod live's

5) the Seals out of the Mag if possible??

6) whatever is supose to hold the barrel down at the front, mine has a o-ring? but its too big ,could put a smaller one on but dont know what the original part was?.

If that part infront of the light spring is all one peice with the metal bit the spring sits on? I dont think it wil pass customs as it looks like a gun part. Cant tell on mine if its broken off or lost ( the pipe cleaner bit on mine)...

After more fiddling ,its getting more shots per fill but the slide still refuses to lock back after the last round? and still wont load bbs into the chamber and cant understand why it doesnt?.

if I fill the mag with gas and bbs, then rack the slide it will spit out 2 bbs at once,if I load it up and dont rack the slide then nothing comes out. The only thing I can think of is that front section with the light spring and Pipe cleaner= the pipe cleaner is probably not engaging with the nub on the inside of the slide and also the spring there is all out of shape and enlarged I tried to bend it back into roundness but its too missshapen.

Some better pics, I can send you all you all the parts requested as pneumatic cylinder spares or something similarly innocuous.

The "pipe cleaner" part is a plastic split ring.

Are your seals in a similar condition?
