You're better off using a blowgun as the main valve. O-ring detent properly set up and it will be just as powerful as a QEV.

How do I set the blowgun up as a trigger? Its pretty much going to be the same set up as the old rifle.

Well, the initial set up was for my mauser, I have a magazine made for it and everything. I just need the barrel, hopup (going to order it, the mag has a little tab that wont let it release bbs without pushing it, which the hop up will do), and then the QEV. Thats it. Oh and the coverings for looks.

A real self-close QEV doesn´t need a hole, I have seen people using real QEV and they fill it from the chamber

Let me try and find something on linux that will let me draw what I am going to do. It wont be the best you have seen, but it should show you roughly what I am doing.

Ok, red is fire extinguisher, gray, QEV, orange, blowgun, green, barrel, and then the brown and blue is the hop up and mag.

if its a qev you buy not a home made piston valve you need to make a equalization hole in the piston, the piston in them is a one way valve and wont let air from chamber into the pilot with it.

They way you have it setup, their is no way it will last for an hour. If you mod the blowgun into a hammer valve you might get a few shot but still not many. If you really want that much firing time, your best best would be regged hpa but that is way out of your budget.
That is all.

My gun does a lot of shoots, and I don´t need HPA tank. Once I tried a 1/2 L bottle at 170 psi, it last for about 100 shot
Here is the link to my gun if you are interested

I don't know how much blowguns cost for you, but I'd say you're better off purchasing a 1/8" paintball slide valve for about 9$ off of EBay. It's much easier to achieve semi auto with a true DCV

Well yes I agree, I only made my because I don´t want to have two chambers  and a blowgun gives a great trigger feeling :) and normally I don´t buy things on Ebay, takes time shipping and most of the time they don´t sell to portugal  .BTW in my gun I can adjust the number os shoots and power :D that´s not available on a slide valve :D

Yeah a 100 is a good amount of shots but hes using a fire extinguisher which I wouldnt use at near 500 psi that you use your gun at, also I doubt he has acess to more than a bike pump or compressor from stuff hes said. So about a 120 psi max, with will be either right at or below his FE rating depending on what type, Ive seen them with ratings below 100 PSI. And still I know when I play airsoft, I probably take a 100 shots ever 10 or 15 minutes. Be sure to check or FE working pressure and honestly, I would stay below that.

I was being sarcastic about the last an hour thing, but 100 shots is actually perfect. Blow guns are roughly $4 here, and they are rated to about 190 psi.

Ok, I didnt catch that lol, about a 100 shot sounds possible, what pressure can you achieve, I would follow wyz's blowgun mod. While you could possibly get 100 shot, once you get below about 40 psi, the shots are going to be incredibly weak.
That is all.
