do i really have to match the psi on the blowgun to my airchamber or it dosn't matter?

my blowgun is 30psi
myairchamber is 250psi

I doubt your blowgun is rated to 30 psi, seriously. That's probably the output pressure, like all the ones around here are. Someone actually told me...

anybody know how to let more air out of a blowgun with a relitivly short pull or any other blowgun modifications

I have used the generic ones at 400 psi and have yet to blow one up. They do tend to leak over that pressure though.
