i finally got my bike pump back and had been so deprived of power and loud noise that i built this. while i was building this i realized that this is going to be over-kill with the ratios of this gun
air chamber-2 feet of 2 inch pvc
valve- 3/4inch sprinkler valve (first attempt at modding one!)
trigger-old pressure washer handle with a functional safety
barrel-1/2inch pvc (rather short bc any longer was dumb looking)
stock- scrap wood cut for multiple positions and oiled with Cabot mahogany oil
ammo-nail darts, AA batteries, or what ever fits.
i started making paper shells when i made my bazooka for a better spread of bbs and quicker reloading and i found that they work very well ( 4 times smaller of course) for getting nice spreads with steel shot or what ever i want to put it. the paper shells work like wads in shotgun shells
the nail darts where not made off my own creativity for somewhere in the how-to section someone made a tutorial and they work great for me so if im using your idea then please speak up and i thank you!
i usually operate at 140psi and get fantastic results. i made the little muzzle brake to moderate the sound a bit bc this is loud!!! and every time i shoot a rather large cloud of air appears.
personally i think the ratio of airchamber to barrel are a little ridiculous but loud is fun and so is a lot of power

Can you upload some more, and maybe a video? It looks pretty cool from what I can see.

The pressure hashed handle seems kind of overkill (
) any plans to replace it and use it for a higher pressure project?
I love lamp
