As long as you take all reasonable precautions, I think it's fairly safe, unless the launcher in question is a 3 inch bore 25x hybrid or some other powerhouse.

A ballvalve with a handle would enable you to make a more ergonomic trigger...

The hose could be zip-tied to either the stock or underneath the barrel...

other than that...nice and sleek design and it seems perfectly okay to be used indoor.

As long as you know how to treat it..

update the windmaker carbine is now the vss it has a new 20 mm aluminium barrel supported by 22 mm copper the stock now has a rubber cover and it firers AA batteries

If you replace the ball valve pilot using a slide valve, and the use tubes that make your stock as a chamber, you can get a nice semi auto rifle :wink: and consider about reducing the barrel´s bore, it´s much better if you shots bbs with it :)

Sound advice ;)

Also, think about extending the tape wrapping past the base of the battery to create hollow tail, it will be much more stable in flight.

if you look at the first post it had a small bore but it was choking the flow

Image is this one of those slide valves? it says that it has automatic exhaust will this work in making it semi auto?

Yes, it will

it's a 3 way valve too... it can be in two positions and it has 3 ports (though just 2 of them are thereaded, the third one is/are vent holes)

I guess that automatic exhaust is their way of expressing how a 3 way valve works
