please flood me with ideas of how to fill a small tank to about 400psi with a schrader valve :EDIT: also to fill a QEV through the pilot

Depends on how small, if very very small then a shock pump will work but will still take a long time...

You can use a fridge compressor, build your own pump or buy a PCP pump, they goto 2000-3000PSI but cost around $200.

That's how almost everyone uses their QEVs. We probably have hundreds of QEV cannons on the forum...

I'll give you a hint, you take a schrader valve and attach it to the pilot port of the QEV.
