BB Semi-auto Magazine?

First off How do you convert a QEV to semi automatic and would this magazine design work or could i fit a bigger round in it like a 7.62 sized bullet like this?

i can't really see whats happening in the pic its really small, as long as the mag is air tight or very close to, it will be fine.
