Looking for reusable adhesive for rounds

This is just a random thought, and I have no clue whether it will work.
Remember these things vv?
They're those "gag" eyeballs you can find at joke stores occasionally. I don't know what type of rubber they are made out of, but a hard throw against a wall will spatter them like a paintball. The cool part is they never actually get damaged by this; you can peel them off and they return to being round. They adhere pretty good too when splattered.

Oh, and when ever the sticky wears off you can just rinse them and they're like new.
