Push Button firing a Solenoid, any ideas??
Ok, cool, I gotcha. Chamber I am planning on is 3" x 24" aluminum. Barrel is 3" x 48" aluminum. Think that would work instead of 4". So with the non in-line design of this valve. I will have to go with a 18" airline to a blowgun to pilotmexhaust valve. Are you sure this won't hinder performance with that long of a line?
That is the benefit with secondary valve!
I can do a preliminary 3D CAD model for you if you like.

Man, you have been a ton of help, you don't have to do that unless you want to. I found this schematic and it helped me understand it for most part.

Are you going to use steel/iron fittings?
Aluminum ones are very expensive!
I can understand the barrel and chamber for weight reasons.

My drawing does not look near as professional but design is very similar to your idea. I was thinking about having chamber be on my shoulder, placing a brace for recoil. And running a line to the trigger mounted to barrel along with a second handle for additional support. Do you think this is a good set-up?
Keep in mind that a distance of 14 inches +/- 1 inch for trigger to butt dimension for a relatively comfortable shooting position.
On my Nerf Cannon it is about 14 inches. That is why I chose a fire extinquisher (4 inch OD) for my chamber.
I tried a lot of configurations until I settled for this due to ergonomics and to be capable of adding in-line sights.
Do you know someone who can weld steel/iron for you?
Here is a comparison for you.

I understood what you are saying.
From a pure aesthetic point of view, I think it will be rather ugly.
Not trying to be rude, but you can have great looks with great performance.
Your other option is to have the chamber under the barrel with a seperate stock mount. That would look better than what you are proposing.
I will work on a 3D model for that variation and your plan.

I was thinking by having chamber rest on shoulder would make it easier to handle since this will be over 6 feet of solid metal pipe, couplings and valves. That is why I am trying to stay away from over under design. No worries about criticism, appreciate the help. But didn't think it would be ugly with a nice aluminum curved flat bar coming down to for butt. Would have butt only coming down to be even with barrel.
Well here is a rough comparison of mine verses your possibilities.
I just used my stock butt for simplicity.
I think you will see the advantage of a 4 inch OD chamber.

In my design I have the trigger and an additional handle on bottom of barrel and shoulder stock a lot closer to valve on the chamber, which is different from your rendering of my design. I think this may not look as nice but will make for a much sturdier way to hold on to the gun and will take away some of the weight from the gun.
I worry that with the amount of recoil the gun will have, I would feel better by having blow gun on the barrel than coming directly off of the valve. Am hoping to get many years if use out of this gun so trying to make it as sturdy as possible.
Main reason I want to make this easier to shoot is so my fiancé who is 5' 0" can hopefully shoot gun also.
Nice images, you definitely got some skills at CAD.

I would use PVC for the barrel(s) and invest in a 4 inch metal chamber.
You will want 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 and 3 inch barrels.
Other than the barrel, you will want every thing else metal. That is what I did. I did research and design on mine for 6 months to get the basic cannon to what I deemed durable. There are details on then cannon that you can not see unless you have a Cad Viewer program.
I am not exactly new to doing Design and Engineering. 40 years plus and still going!
