Hard to explain, it could be that your mix is not so efficient, or your burst disk is bursting at low pressure.
I put in first and then the BP air but I have not disconnected the meter so that air passes through it and takes with him all the BP in the chamber.
Ah I see. The crucial point is identifying the point where the fuel cannot go back. If for example you use the regulator to increase the pressure until it goes up to the right level, you know that it is a one way valve past which no fuel can return.
