For those interested in these devices, my micro motor-rubber band combo. Efficient and quiet alternative to mortal grinders.

There are many lurkers who appreciate your work I'm sure. I feel the need to be a vocal supporter because I think what you are doing - showing what can be done with limited resources and some ingenuity - is one of the core values of this forum and needs to be encouraged.

Yeah, it's compact and quiet, great for apartment use.
I may have to take down the vid, because of copyright issues if I monetarise my channel. If the link doesn't work, the vid will still be there at youtube/HomeMadeShow

Ahah I was going to throw away a couple motors but after this I'd use them to make one of these just for fun.
What are the polishing balls you used?

Throw away-you mean shoot them? Different balls can be used for different things. Ceramic, glass steel, lead.

haha another pyro, nice mill but you'd get sick of milling 30 grams of bp in that pretty quick :P

im running 2X 150mm pvc drums holding total 20 kilos of hardened lead antimony brass tube media. total capacity of 1.4 kilos of bp milled in 40 mins
