Not finished hammer valve !

what is the ideal outlet valve/hammaer valve diameter for a easy opening and good air exhaust @ 40- 50 bar/ 6 mm steel bb's.?
The valve on the extinguisher is kind of large and i got a strong spring to kick it. it has a great air flow but after 40-50 spring compresions you need to rest your hand, eventual to take a sleep. i think this one is @ 13-15 mm. As far i assume it must be at least 6mm diameter( to exhaust as a QeV) . But i dont want to make experiments as i did with the QEV"s Piston, so i better ask before i start !
