It appears that it has an electronic compressor inside that probably fills an air chamber. I was wondering if this thing could hit high enough pressures to do anything useful

No.
By the look and sound of it it's a battery powered high speed fan which is enclosed to produce an air jet.
Pressure will be trivial, it's only moving dust.

I'm guessing the fan is powered by quantum energy or somethingNo flash fires resulting in severe burns caused from chemicals - CHEMICAL FREE!
It's basically a small leaf-blower.
