I recently purchase a 2.5 inch dust collector valve made by goyen , now i have 2 that are 1.5 inch that work perfeclty i hook up the my air hose, diaphram moves sealing off the barrel filling the chamber, as it should, now my 2.5 inch is the indentical setup but my problem is the diapram seals off the barrel but doesnt fill the chamber, as it should, does anybody know whats going on here? and what i may be doing wrong? i paid a good amount of money for the valve and i want to get my full usage out of it,

this is what it looks like there is a diaphram that seals off the barrel and a gasket that seals what im assuming to be the pilot like my other valve (1.5 inch ) only thing different about my smaller valve is there is two diaphrams that seal,

hoping somebody can help me here=)

In my 1.5" valve there's a small bleed hole in the diaphragm that lets air into the chamber. Maybe you have a bit of debris plugging it up?
You should take pictures of the internals if possible, just so we can rule out any defects.

Maybe those big ones are filled from chamber side? Try that. I would think that filling large chamber would be too slow trough the small pilot in industrial uses.

Post the data sheet or a direct link to the exact valve. I'm wanting to lean towards bigger valve different port configuration....Just a guess.

I will when i get home, the internal of my 1.5 inch valve and 2.5 inch are indentical, only thing is the gaskets for the upper half are different one has just a circle gasket without the center (2.5 inch) ,the other one is a full circle (1.5 inch) , idk if it makes that much of a difference

I did install a ball valve into the chamber but i dont think it is releasing quick enough as it should

Whaaaat  seriously I don't understand what you mean?

I did mean that you could try to fill from chamber side and pilot the valve like normal.. did you try that?
