For us who have built cannons using pvc pipe as an air chamber, and i know they are as safe as you make them, and pvc pipe isnt like metal and cant take super high pressures, Whats the highest amount of pressure some of you have put into pvc pipe? Or have tested in a safe matter(in a lab or another safe way) just curious thanks guys

I've gone up to 400 PSI with schedule 40 1/2'' PVC and nothing happened. Though on the side of it, it says its rated for 700 but I never tested it to that extent.

Stick to rated pressures.

I made an 8x hybrid using 3/4" PVC pipe, it didn't blow up but I still wouldn't recommend it.
