I'm nearing the design completion of a mold-gas pneumatic build. It has a larger than typical pressure chamber and a large cleanout-style threaded plug at one end. You fill the chamber with sourdough bread starter and cheese and wait for gasses to build then fire the cannon. I know the rate of fire might be kind of bad, but it's also for the fun of experimenting. Going for around 800fps golf balls. Pics to come soon.

What will you think of next... How much pressure do you expect to build / accumulate? You'll have to add some moister to get things started wont you? Valve type?
