I have ignited up to 150× through the spark plug, but under this pressure, the spark plug can't seem to keep its seal and start to leak. Is there any solution? Do you think it is a feasible scheme to make a self-made high-strength spark plug?

Do you mean the gas leaks between the electrode and the insulator?

Do you think a self-made epoxy spark plug can work better?

Does anyone know how the ignition device of larda keeps the insulation and seal between the electrode and the casing? His transmitter works many times at 200×, and I need to get more advice. Thank you all!

I would make something like that:

Using this sort of fitting:

Yellow is a plastic cup or similar insulator, glue to the fitting, stick your electrode through then pour marine epoxy.
