Where do I fire this thing?

Hello! This is my first time posting and first time building a potato cannon. Im very confused on where I can fire this thing.

I know that most of the time I should fire it private property or a large empty field, but I live in the suburbs of Chicago, where stuff like that is rare, borderline nonexistant.
If yall would have any suggestions on general types of places where i can legally and safely shoot this. My main concern is that there arent many places where a road is far enough away so that the sound wouldnt distract drivers.

Also, shooting ranges are out of the question considering im still not old enough to drive, which i would consider still not old enough to also be in an area with active and deadly firearms
