How to Make a Tiny Piston

i am making a piston valve for a cpvc gun, and i need to know how i would make the piston, i wanted a stick with duct tape but i fear air leaks. is there any thing i can buy to make it? like a rubber cone and such?

hmm yes a stick is not gonna be strait enough. what i would do is mabey get pvc that is thin ehough,putty up the hollow part and then wrap it in a thin sheet of rubber. of cource wiht the rubber it will probably have to be maintained and lubricated.

Make it out of a old thread spool maby?? Old C cell flash light?? Wooden dowel/closet pole might be about that big. Use a old pill bottel, i seen someone here allready used a pill bottel and said it worked great. The sky is the limit!

this is more than a year old and i think i learnt how to make a chamber sealer correctly in this vast time span lol i know i need orings.
