Does anyone know if you need to use a code to call people in other countrys?

dont you use their country and/or area code e.g
New Zealand country code:64
Auckland(NZ City) code:09

so if you were to ring me in auckland from the states you prolly ring: 64094459356(please dont ring that for two reasons:
1.its my number
2:it will cost you sh*t loads for the call :D )

you need to dial a number to get out of your country, then you need a number to get into another, and then and area code. thats how i think it is...
