best way to make a pneumatic..

ok im more into the combustion right now and i wanna make a good pneumatic so im just wondering what is the best way to make a simple pneumatic for a beginner... feel free to answer...

UTFSE....
search and then you'll understand what UTFSE means then search again.
For a beginner.....i'd say a 2" chamber 18" long with a modded 1" sprinkler valve(dont ask how just search) and a 3/4" pvc barrel about 35-45" long for paintballs.
