Puctured Burst Disk

Cannons powered by pneumatic pressure (compressed gas) using a valve or other release.

Would a burst disk with a hole puched in it while under pressure burst as fast as one that goes from pressure alone?

nope, there is a cannon that shows an example of this, search! there is also a triggered burst disk method, which im too lazy to explain
in the upcoming presidential election, there will be several candidates who will be running, one of whom is Hillary Clinton. Now WAIT A SECOND!!! I though there was some sort of rule that prevented someone from serving more than two terms in office. Vote Against Hillary: Presidential Elections 08

I saw the QCTBDC today and I have been planning something similar for the last day or two, I want to enter it in the spudshot competition.
