Fist cannon

Boom! The classic potato gun harnesses the combustion of flammable vapor.

Ok well I thought venting would reduce power because of this (they test a vented barrel at the bottom of the page)

What your saying makes sense though, it all depends on how the barrel vents are arranged and how many there are.
I wonder how much deeper the ocean would be without sponges.
Right now I'm having amnesia and deja vu at the same time. I think I've forgotten this before.

Looking at this again, I feel my praise wasn't strong enough, so I'll re-attempt:

Excellent work - this is one of the finest first cannons I've ever seen - it easily beats the second or even third cannons of a large majority of people. Keep up the awesome work.
Novacastrian: How about use whatever the heck you can get your hands on?
frankrede: Well then I guess it won't matter when you decide to drink bleach because your out of kool-aid.
...I'm sorry, but that made my year.

wow. i'm new to this forum, but i've been working with potato guns for a few years now and you did a very impressive job. Especially for your first gun.

only issue is the barrel, like it was already stated, a little longer would be better.

Any way we could get a pic of you holding it, to see your stance and the comfortability of it?

I am trying a 10'5 barrel just waiting on my cam-locks. That is one upgrade im doing. Thanks for all the praise and barrel info. Look out for next week as my twin Mauler pneumatic will be complete. I also just got my chroni and will be testing different barrels and projectiles. Another combustion is also being made with two combustion chambers.
