No spark with camera ignition

Which triger wire? How do you triger it? I just have a small a$$ gap and use a switch to make it spark. Theres another way o.O

you can put the gaps touching if there on a switch and when you switch it you will get a spark

The middle screw is the third wire, the ones on the sides are + and -.

Beautiful setup, too bad it doesn't work. I think a possible problem could be that the wires + screws and bolts could mean that the voltage goes too low to make a spark.

Do you mean that there's too much distance ( not as in between the screws, but as in the length of the wiring ) ? I get quite a spark if I tap it with a screwdriver though.

It takes 10000 volts to jump one cm at normal air pressure. Those capacitors hold 500-600 if you're lucky.

If you were to wire the capacitors thru a ignition coil from a car would that not increase the output?
