Firstly,

Whats the difference between a Cloud, an Inline Vortex, and a Plain Vortex?

Secondly,

How do I build one? Is there a how to guide? How much would it cost?

spud winki

there is tons on info out there.

basicly a cloud is a pipe with a smaller pipe attached. the way it works is air is blown in to the larger pipe ad randomly shoots bb's out the barrel. i honestly is easyer if you look it up.

i cant explain a vortex, though it is very simple.

you build it mostly with you brain and partly with your hands. it would cost about $15 to make a cloud and a little more to make a vortex.

Make use of this site and search it. You're posting in the very forum section where all your answers are hiding you just need to look for them.

in line means strait.

this gun is over under. you see how the barrel is ontop and the chamber is on the bottom?

this cannon is inline, see how the barrel and chamber connect directly rather than the bend?
