Why do you want to fill from the chamber so much? Its really not worth the hassle of finding a perfect spring that doesn't hinder performance. It may even have to come to your piston needing O-rings so your chamber isn't filled faster then the piston seals so the piston is pushed back. Or in JSR's words

I dont know if that is really a good idea. Personally, i would just buy another hot glue gun. Get a mini, they cost like 5 bucks.

seriously this is ridiculous! can you not figure out on your own to put the glue sticks in the microwave melt them take them out and pour it in a mold?
