Strangely enough I have a relative like this, my gran's sister. She is obsessed by cats and hate people of the opposite sex, she is nuts and her house smells like cat pee- which is really disgusting. She is disliked by everyone for obvious reasons. Man, the police must hate this lady giving them a hard time, maybe keep up with the orange story and eventually they will ignore her

Growing a wall of organic material doesn't have to ruin your garden, it can take up minimal space and look good.

I would keep clear of this lady, it just seems really wrong that she is obsessed with you on such a level, a freaken diary for goodness sake! Almost sounds like she is stalking you. Maybe try get a restraining order?

If I had a neighbour like that I would practise my electric in the most conveniently annoying place I could find

If I could play an electric well enough so would I,wait static noise is more annoying really.MY garden is already beautiful I don't intend to put bamboo in it it will clash with the roses,snail crepper vines and other flowering plants.

I don't think she does leave home....Except to sit on her varandah and call the police.She is becoming quiet a problem to me and my spudding,I hope she forgets to do her Kidney Dialisis(sp) every week or so and carks it.Hey she si away for a while!Doing kidney dialisis or something like that,but it's hardly weeks on end without complaints...

Sleep time for me,got some important job interviews coming up.

Here is the answer to the problem: She loves cats, so you could tell her that you are sorry for anything that you did that may have annoyed her, and then say that you'll buy her a cat to make it up to her. Then, you buy a tiger or a lion, and turn it loose in her house. Problem solved!
