They are. Larda showed me a slow motion video of a shot where the teflon sabot fragmented in the barrel, and the sabot bits and brass from the disk shredded the wooden target like grenade shrapnel.
Heres my analogy.
Sabot = Deadly
Projectile = Chuck Norris
(Getting serious) Really if the sabot was that powerful that should give you an EXCELLENT idea of what the projectile will do

a slug going sideways almost penetrating 1/4" plate, that is a better idea on the power of that thing

Yeah, I remember going "WTF, that's weak" when I first saw the picture, and then "holy sh*t, that thing was going sideways..." when I saw the rest of it.
The fragmenting sabot video was one of the best ones, I don't know why he didn't post it (and I seem to have lost it).

Here is the shoot.

All the holes except two are made of the fragmented Teflon sabot and the projectile.

Ohh, and i forgot to mention the ball valve failure i had, the sealing in the valve tends to crack after a few shoots at higher mixes.
Therefor i am trying to get a 1400bar valve instead of the 500 bar valve i am using now.
Here is a few Pict's.
Here is a new seal i to machine out of Teflon and the original seal.

You had a 500 bar ball valve fail on you?! Thats sick!

Actually it happened twice.
SpudFarm: Almost perfect, but i need to disassemble the valve again because i think i damaged the seal at the last shoot.

A homemade ball valve seal that actually works is quite the achievement, but I still think you should try the valve idea I showed you as a permanent solution

That is very impressive.
This can't be called spudgun.
Did you try shooting things at greater distances?
