The proof is in the pudding. I will make a couple care package kits and start shipping them. The Ministry of Defense of the country of Bimini seized it for a day during shark research but released it after seeing a video of an episode of dirty jobs using a muzzle loader for the same purpose. I think we will be ok.

Heh, reminds me of how my Dad worked both as an accountant for the Shuttle program and worked on the Mk. 48 torpedo.

I'm going to have to be pedantic... that should really be "The proof of the pudding is in the eating" - why it got morphed into something (back in the middle of the last century) that makes no real sense, I don't know.

The original form is self explanatory, the later form just makes it sound like the plot of a bad murder mystery novel:
"But Inspector, we have no evidence!"
"Ah, but don't you see, the proof is in the pudding. It was a binary poison! One agent in the pudding, the other in the wine - because only Mr Green had both at the dinner that evening."

Sorry, I exhausted the better parts of my fiction writing out with yesterday's installment for a webserial I'm currently doing.
So, as it is, you get crap plots today.

Well, crapper plots, at least - I'm still waiting for reader feedback on the most yesterday's instalment. Opening section got a good response though.
I'm doing a bit of a twist - it's the tale of one person, but told in the first person perspectives of several different people (who I'm swapping between) who work alongside the main protagonist.

I've just finished up confusing the mods (yeah, I was the perp behind jrrdw's disappearing PM problem), so I needed something more mundane to do than baiting the gods, and off-topic was that thing.

The fact that the two happened in reverse order isn't quite so mundane, but it's a "meanwhile in the future" kind of thing.

But I did make a timer for aerosol grenades within a week working from a 16x16 army tent heated by a wood stove in the wilderness of Washington State using only parts from my pneumatic scraps box. Doesn't matter the pressure, no burst disk. Can be used to toss or be activated from the launch. Production models soon of these as well. What is funny is that when I used to race the BMX circuit I was known as the Iron Man and raced with that name on my racing pants. Once I even won an "Iron Man" award for beating all the #1 Pros in a Pro-AM race as an amateur. Oddly enough I even have a picture of that race from about 1986.
