no Im from northeastern pa, the girls are both having surgery, one girl has severe damage to face and neck, second girl might be paralized, the driver is fine,
i hope the driver pays, he was going way to fast!!!

the fine for not wearing your seat belt should be so high, everyone wears it!!! but people still wont

I agree. I can get into my car, start it, buckle my seatbelt, turn on the lights, and put it in gear in about 5 seconds. Without the seatbelt, it'd be about 4. Is that worth the rest of my life? HELL NO (plus I make it up by speeding)

It made my local news. I'm approx 2 miles south of the PA/MD state line. Scranton must cover a large rural area to hear about it down here.

the horrible, last summer, a old man, cut off a guy on a bike, the bikers face skidded across the windsheild and hit the side walk at about 80 mph,
the bikers face was destroyed, off course no helmet( i dont know why they took away the law for it) the biker was in a coma , it was one of the worst accdients i ever saw happen and helped at,
helmets and belts need to be worn at all times!!!!!!
