Wow, you're great with SolidWorks! Did you use the revolved boss/base tool?

Hi Sharpshooter 11000,
As for O-rings, I used the tool "Boss / Base with revolution."
And for "Gorges", I used the tool "Material removal with revolution."
That is, if you have other questions for the modeling does not hesitate.

Hello!
I just made a shot at 60bar - 870psi-and with the short barrel!
Good result!

there are plenty of 3d models out there:

how do you plan on making it auto/semi though? Surely you can only make it manually operated bolt action.
(great videos on the last post btw, kudos!)

A little complex but I can see it working as drawn, you basically have to alternate the process of feeding a projectile and filling the chamber.
If might be feasible to include an electric element as well and have a solenoid feeding the projectile.

I thought of a solenoid but I do not want any part electric, no batteries ...

The main problem I can see will be that the pop-off valve may re-seat before the air ram has fully retracted and the next projectile entered the breach.
I guess that could be fixed with a check valve in parallel with a flow restriction to try and trap air in the pop-off valve giving more time for projectile loading before it re-seats. What's a little bit more complexity at this point ?
Petitlu is great, give him a crazy drawing and he actually goes off and makes it work, then puts high pressure in it

Al-xg helps me a lot in this project, it's normal it was he who pushed me to do!
I'm thinking about restricting the pop off ...
