Maybe you all should post in one topic, this one for exemple
So SP15 won´t complain that there are only pneumatic topics

I've started work on a bulkfilled CO2 shooter...

I'm kinda hoping it will deserve it's own topic thank you... :D

Get on with the hammer valve gun already!

Just because something isn't published here it doesn't mean it didn't happen ;)

I'll believe it when I see it :P

God dammit, nobody will care about mine when I finish :D

I'd appreciate it, actually, if all you guys posting pictures and stuff could start your own topic because I'd like to keep this one focused on mine. Thanks.

No progress today except just thinking about structural stuff.

Here's how I plan to mount the hammer and stock and trigger stuff... it's two 1/4" threaded rods 2' long, mounted using the mounting thread on the valve and will also be secured to the chamber with more mounts that I didn't draw.

Triggering will be done with a handle about a third of the way up the threaded rod and a rod will run back from the trigger to the sear box underneath the striker.

Ok, but think for the others, even myself won´t want to see 4 topics with almost the same thing
Go back to topic, I´d mount the trigger on the hammer tube, and use a wooden stock, better looking and more comfortable.

A wooden stock would be too hard for me to make and plus this thing is so long that it would stick out at least 2 feet from the end of the stock.

hey guys, i had an idea for an inline hammer.

basicly its just a drawer linear bearing, on wich i will mount a aluminium weight.

i found me a piece of aluminium u-profile, on wich i was able to mount the airtank and valve, and with this idea i had i could be able to finally make it a workable prototype :P

if wanted i will post some pics :P but i dont want to hijack youre thread here :P

Start your own thread! It can be like a build log for you gun! But I really would like to see your new hammer. Click the "New Topic" button right next to the "Add Reply" button.

EDIT Never mind I saw your thread :D

Not sure if win or fail because I actually bought parts for an inline striker today lol

But this trigger, as is, can only open it enough when the pressure is under 200 psi. If I add another spring in it which isn't too much trouble, it could probably do better.

Wow, nice! You know, seeing that made me think, if you could get it to cycle at semi auto, just figure out a way to delay the hammer moving forward and you would have an AK firing mechanism practically, and full auto.
