Sweet find Crowley, 1$ hammer valve
Tech, not sure if I wanna put a new valve on it, especially if they're a hundred bucks.
Crna, any input as to whether this "nitrox" is a useable propellant?

GF,
a linky for you.
So, it's about as good as air, with a bit more oxygen. So no good for a hybrid, but I suppose that's irrelevent.

Sure it good for a propellent, it should be slightly lighter then air=more power but theirs also more oxygen then normal air witch means shit that wont normally burn can. Like any oil in your fitting, Teflon tape or grease for the piston even the quick decompression could set it off.

Alright thanks guys. Not much more oxygen in the nitrox than normal air, so I'm not worried about it.

I have my own tutorial on that.
How to Make Night Vision:
1. obtain flash light
2. turn flash light on
3. turn camera on
et voila

Really? It's actually quite small; the threads opposite the push button are only 1/4" and the flow is quite restricted at 10/32", which is also the flow for the CYL port (which would be exhaust if used as a pilot valve on a sprinkler valve or similar).

That indeed is a nice find but that is just a 3 way valve... that's why it's cool
Dunno what to use this for, but it was a dollar so I bought it
You should have bought more of them...
you could use them for a manometric meter...
one button for fuel and one for air
(obviously you would need two check valves between them and the chamber... that goes without saying I am just writing this in case some dude points out - 'hey but it wouldn't work!!')

Only just found out that he's selling more of them but I never use my air compressor for either of my hybrids and it's not worth the effort of finding 10/32" fittings so I can use one for the fuel instead of just turning the knob on the bottle.

IIRC 10/32 is basically equivalent to 5mm metric

Nitrox comes in mixtures from 20% to 60% O2... So it can range in potency as an oxidizer.
To get a tank filled with nitrox you'll need a diving cert as well as a nitrox cert in most places.

Oh I thought the Wiki page said about 20% more. Whatever, it doesn't matter since I don't have a license

yesterday I stuck a schrader in the fill port and that worked fine so I may just use my fridge compressor and put this thing up to about 400 or 500 psi if my fridgy can handle it.

No, they're set to go on ships that haven't even been put to sea yet.
